Huh? Show me a 50 year old that looks like Jay….All those years of chasing Ronnie did take a toll on him. At least he is doing better than Ronnie now by not being in a wheelchair.
It also shows he still has a passion for training and the lifestyle. I always thought it was kind of pathetic that Shawn Ray let himself go when he retired. I agree with all the comments in here that no one is going to look like they did during their prime competitive days, but Shawn doesn't even look like he works out anymore. Seems like it was all for just a trophy and would further explain his bitterness since he didn't get the one he wanted. I couldn't imagine doing something I didn't like and then staying miserably involved with it after giving it up.Jay is the picture of vitality (externally) and is still JACKED. This isn’t a Paul Dillett or Mustafa Mohammad completely falling off post-retirement situation.
Show me general population 30something that looks like many 50somethngs on this board just following general health/fitness.Huh? Show me a 50 year old that looks like Jay….
Wtf are some of you going on about? Looks extremely healthy and happy to me.
Especially when the foundations are solid as bedrockamazing on what you can achieve on a TRT dose.
100% agree. Shawn looks like some chubby average American. No clue how he looks at himself in the mirror. I guess I’m not that surprised because the dude seems to have some issues upstairs lol…It also shows he still has a passion for training and the lifestyle. Yes. He was the one who brought glamour to the bodybuilding sport. He's truly a legendLegend and seems like an all around cool dude. One of the few I follow on YouTube.
I bet Barry could still put it out the park! Jay looks freaking great. Anyone who says otherwise is a douche and is likely my age or younger.Baseball, football, tennis, basketball players, etc. . . .
Interesting how people don’t talk about them the same way, questioning their ability to perform at the same level or close as they did in their prime. Some just hang it up, lock, stock and barrel. No biggie, it’s called life.
“Hey Barry (Bonds), why can’t you hit the ball like you used to? Man, you were the best. Don’t you play ball anymore? What’s wrong with you fool? You really disappointing me.”
Jay cutler is the all time one of the greatest of mr Olympias .I bet Barry could still put it out the park! Jay looks freaking great. Anyone who says otherwise is a douche and is likely my age or younger.
Bodybuilding is entirely different than other conventional sports . One needs to train and torture himself to to the extent of anything to achieve greatness and success here.Baseball, football, tennis, basketball players, etc. . . .

That's true. He's an inspiration to today's young aspiring bodybuilders. The guy knows how to eat, knows how to diet, knows how to train and is a seriously nice person from all I have heard. He will always have my respect for accomplishing far more in this sport than I ever will. Good for him.
He many not be training the same way like he used to . But he looked great in his prime and competing days.100% agree. Shawn looks like some chubby average American. He's jacked up and has a wide structure... May be the reason he looks shorter in heightYeah, about exactly 5'8.5" to 5'9" because I was wearing thick ass Hokas last time I saw him (i think he was wearing otomix) and i was almost same height.
Agreed .Especially when the foundations are solid as bedrock
He knows his stuff pretty well . He's still jackedamazing on what you can achieve on a TRT dose.

I don't consider bodybuilding a sport. It is an all encompassing lifestyle. Even those that compete i think calling it a sport sells it short. The amount of dedication and sacrifice it takes, literally every aspect of one's life is a factor in bodybuilding. I don't know of a sport that compares, definitely none of the mainstream popular sportsBodybuilding is entirely different than other conventional sports . That's why Jay is one of the all time greatest mr O
