This is member Jcagle... a cool board member, wife, 3 kids, Fireman ... really a hard working dude...

hes 6.5 weeks out from the NPC San Diego and 7.5 weeks out from the NPC MuscleContest in Los Angeles.... Hes dialing in just nice... looking thick and lean at 5'3" and 162lbs.. hes competing in his second show.. First show we did a 12 week prep for the Excalibur in 09 and had an amazing transformation during that prep..

This year, a little bigger, a lot leaner and a lot more prepared working with me on this prep.. Im really happy with his progress... Wev'e become good friends too... a heck of a good guy.....

Latimas, that's the plan. My first prep, cut a ton of weight and suffered. Hired Alex over the offseason did it right and as he promised this cut has been 100 times easier!

shoot sorry bro.. for some reason i thought you were the exact same height as me....I have have met you a dozen times.. ... didnt meant to cheat you... alls going really great... out biggest challenge will be getting enough color on before the show... Concrete your hams are there... just keep etching the grooves in them like i was talking about...

Jaydub, thanks a ton. By far my best shot...just need to work on the "blind posing" so much easier with a mirror in front of you to bring out those last details in the pose...Ya can't complain on the weather out here in Cali....65* yesterday...it was cold(Cali cold") that morning 30's, I froze my arse off in those shots!

Alex, bro no sweat, however, I do tower over you...LOL! We probably don't notice it cause your always wearing a hat. Trust me, I am working hard on that tan bro....I will have a good base come show time, I promise!
