Hoping to get back into strongman. If nothing else, imma train like hell

Training will be
Mon- Legs
Wed- Upper Body Presses
Fri- Upper Body Pulls
Sat - light day, full body pump

Blasting Gear from Monster Labs
800 Test-E
500 Tren-E
500 Mast-E
Divided into 2x injections a week

Diet will be simple
3500 calories to start
300g+ Protein

Gonna try and stick to mostly whole foods, along with one Protein breakfast shake, and a shake after each workout.

I'm on month in so far, going well. Feels good to move weights again. Will be starting heavy lifting at the 2 month mark. Blast will jave a couple weeks to go, and I'll have lifted long enough to stay comfortable.
The last month, all I've been doing is moving weights, and getting a good workout. Not pushing myself too hard right off. Just getting used to moving weight around feels good tho :)

Working 3-5 warmup sets for each, 5 reps
Working up to my max 5 rep weight(weight listed)
Repeat that weight for 3 sets of 5.
Then drop to about 50-60%, and burnout set

Today I did small sets of many exercises. Just one or two sets of random work

Including squats, Curls, DB OHP, Curl to over head press, seated cable pull downs, behind the back cable press downs, short sprints, dips, push-ups, and straight arm BB extensions .

Saturdays I'm just kinda hitting everything, get a pump, then switch exercises.

P.S. My first shot still feels fine. Can't even tell I had one

Gear is definitely smooth. I'll have to ask the oil they use to dissolve it, my body doesn't mind it a bit.

I'll be able to tell when they're kicking in, in a few weeks. So, as for effects, we'll see. But wanted to say the entire transaction was smooth. The gear is smooth. I'm supper happy with it
