Strength comes quick man - stability feels solid though?

Definitely look into incorporating some banded work and injury prehab. Any time I have large jumps in strength my ego takes over and I wind up tearing something. Could just be me though 🤷‍♂️

That's admittedly solid advice. I'll start incorporating band work. My stability feels good so far. I figured strength would come back quick, as I used to walk at 245-250, now 192 this morning. But definitely a good point, I'll try to keep the ego in check, and keep it a little lighter and high reps for a while. Gotta be sure my connective tissue keeps up.

There's pain in my right shoulder when I press, and pressure in my lat when I pull with my left lol
Doing light weight and med reps in everything this week. Working till failure in the final sets
I'll start logging again, more intentively, next week.


Shots are going well, no real PIP. Just normal shit. Then Tren is definitely starting to work, I'm getting night sweats bad 😂

Pain is in the joint capsule, anterior or posterior side? Comes from strict pressing movements or jerk/snatch pressing movements?

Either jerk, or concentrated OHP. Feels like when i tore my left rotator cuff. On top, towards the front where the shoulder socket connects
 
I haven't been keeping a proper log the last couple weeks, while I'm adapting to a lighter weight / higher rep range. But, as you can see, I'm still getting good results. I've been working more in 10 to 15 rep range as opposed to the five rep Target

Up 20 pounds in 2 months. 177 to 197 thus morning. Still at a 31" waist. I look better/tighter/stonger in the mirror :)

I have not been doing a good job at all of logging my stuff. I've been non-stop training, just not logging.

I've been a bit busy lately, so instead of walking I'm just going to throw a progression pic every now and then.

This is day one in the gym versus last week. 3.5 months of hard work paying off
