anyone take DHEA in addition to their TRT ? i see it being recommended on
some of the TRT boards, but doesnt seem commonly used even with the TRT guys
on this board.

seems as if a good quality-of-life stack would be something like.

25-50mg per day DHEA
50mg per day proviron
300-400mg per week primo

DHEA has always given my gyno symptoms within days of using it. I have used various brands and dosages but always end up with sore, itchy, painful nipples.

Don't forget pregnenolone.... I feel better on a lower dose combo of dhea and pregnenolone with my TRT than on just dhea with it.
