SQUAT: 600....MISSED 650 ON FINAL ATTEMPT.
DEADLIFT: 650..MISSED 700 ON FINAL ATTEMPT.
BENCH: 400....DONE WITH NO BENCH SHIRT. (PLUS THE BENCH IS MY WORST LIFT.) NOW THAT I AM HUMILIATED I'LL SIGN OFF!
THE SUPERHEAVY WEIGHT CLASS IS USUALLY NOT AS COMPETITIVE AS SAY THE 220'S OR THE 242LB WEIGHT CLASS DUE TO THE FACT THAT NOT MANY PEOPLE WEIGH OVER 275. THERE WERE THREE IN MY WEIGHT CLASS THAT DAY. USUALLY A POWERLIFTER HAS ONE LIFT HE'S NOT PROFICIENT IN.....IF A GUY IS A GREAT BENCHER...MANY TIMES HIS DEADLIFT WILL NOT BE AS GOOD. ONCE IN A WHILE A GUY IS JUST DAMB GOOD AT ALL THREE LIFTS AND DOMINATES. MANY FELLAS ON HERE ARE STRONGER THAN I AM. I AM ALWAYS AMAZED WHEN I HEAR ABOUT SOME GUY SQUATTING 500 LBS. I IMMEDIATELY THINK TO MYSELF..."IS IT FREE WEIGHT AND HOW DEEP DID YOU GO?" I HAVE SEEN LOTS OF DIPSHITS LOAD THE BAR WITH TOO MUCH WEIGHT AND DO 'PARTIAL QUARTER SQUATS'...BARELY MOVING THE WEIGHT! IT MUST BUILD THEIR EGO....BUT IT DOESN'T DO MUCH FOR THE LEGS.
