Back rear delts and bi’s going down!

Fasted bg reading in 88 today and 90 yesterday so overall happy with that and blood pressure was 112/70 so very happy with both of these as I am on 1.7g total.

This is my first time this high in androgens so very interestingz I feel amazing lol. I’ve always been a guy where the more I take the better I feel.

Switched to sust about a month ago and I’m hooked. Never did sust before and was always a test c guy but this is the only test I’ve ever been able to “feel” as in the gym aggression is there and I’m sure it’s bc of the prop. I overall just feel best in sust, no mood swings etc.

Hoping to run a lab from the page for this entire prep so we shall see!

With the amount of gh I’m on as well I’m happy with these readings!

it almost......almost, reminds me of tren effect, almost.
Wouldn’t go that far lol. But it for sure felt like a different substance than regular cyp. Strength was up 10 fold week after week and never plateaued.

I know backnk. The day before I was ever even though of being conceived it was popular to run in offseason. I feel like body would stay leaner too and it would be closest to how your body would pulse it each morning

You should. I'm a man of science, and I'm aware that scientifically, there's no signficant different in actual effects between esters. I know that. But I also know for sure that prop is just way, way better than cyp in every way lol. Better gains, better strength, less bloat... I'm sure it's a placebo or something, but it's a good placebo
 
Dont get me wrong, love test cyp, ran it for 10 years straight, but prop is a lil better, for me, and for a lot of guys. Cant explain why.

i usually always do 3 working sets per movement and always in the 10-15 rep range depending on upper body or legs. For legs I prefer a little higher rep scheme

Zero sir. I used to but since I have now figured out to train my recovery is 10 fold better since stopping them. I was going to a lot of sessions still sore.
 
Top notch vacuum for that level of muscle fullness. Fuller than Craig golias over there

I'm blown out like a goddamn gorilla in the gut at those levels
 
Getting leaner in the same food now.

Comparison to last year at my leanest. Roughly 26lbs difference here.

Did some posing practice this morning.

21 weeks out. Better bodies classic in Dallas is what I’ll be doing!
