Yea man I’m 5’5 so weight cap should be 177. I’m about 25-30lbs away depending on what I ate.

One thing we’ve been working on is more variety period in the diet. I was a very lazy bodybuilder of just chicken rice etc: you know the drill lol.

Training day
First meal: 2 eggs and nut butter
Meal 2: 5ml olive oil
Meal 3(pre meal): 15g nut butter
Meal 4(post): 15g nut butter
Meal 5: 10ml olive oil

Fats remain generally the same for rest days only carbs move.

I’ve noticed more sustained energy throughout the day and this is simply from the fats slowing gastric emptying so my glucose spikes are not 1. Near as high, or, 2. Spiked near as fast.

Shits are more regular and solid. I have it timed basically when I’ll need to use the restroom. Shits went from 1 a day to now 1-2 depending on rest or training day.

Overall body feels more fresh and more happy is that makes sense at all!

We're so formatted to keep humalog away from fats and you have added fats on both the pre and post meal and take insulin with both. I guess there's no problem there and it's just another myth.

Also, when do you shoot your GH? I seem to remember Chris being a fan of all prebed.

Slin and fats, it’s dogma to a degree. If insulin sensitive then not a. Problem and just a myth.

Gh I was using bolus preworkout, but switched it to pre bed now.

About to start doing a mixture of pharma and generic.

I’m not sure if I missed it, but what was your highest carbohydrate intake during the offseason? Are you still using retatrutide?

Yes sir! I use 500mcg weekly split into two 250mcg dosages.

Im sure this will increase once prep starts on the 1st.

Carbs I believe worked up to 6-650 at its highest, but they are lower now bc we’ve added more fats into the diet. Cals right now are 3,200

You're still using insulin with your pre and post meals, right? Even changing the gh to pre bed.

Have you noticed that retatrutide slows down your gastric motility even slightly? I’m not using it for that exact reason. I want my digestion to be as fast as possible, and I’ve seen that even a small dose can slow down gastric emptying according to studies. I also noticed that Sas Heirati and John Jewett recently stopped using it for that reason.

Person dependent. @humzaroyan can use a shit ton of it and is fine.

I’m at 500mcg. Cheat food noise is gone, but appetite for my meals remains high. Legit just a thing you will have to try for yourself.

During the offseason it is 6x25 mins.

I have a treadmill in my house so I use the treadmill. 7 incline and 2.2-2.4 speed. I’m short so this gets my hr up easily.

If I had to choose I’d prefer elliptical

Where did u hear he’s not a fan? His job to to keep you healthy and grow. If blood glucose is out of hand then he will use it as needed as anyone would
 
No crazy updates. Seros begin tomorrow. 2iu pre bed with 6iu generic
 
Update: having to drop gh dose down bc of water retention. I was going 2 iu sero. 6iu generic and my hands are now mitts and not usable and my legs have some edema.

Dropping to sero only for next three days then will slowly work generics in.

How did you find it taking it prebed vs preworkout, did you find any diffrence?
