I would guess canned pumpkin since it’s something he’s mixing in oatmeal. It would taste just like pumpkin pie

Ya canned pumpkin is very high in fiber. It would keep you full a long time
 
Then, my guess is it's probably canned pumpkin. I bet it does taste great on oatmeal. Interesting and different idea.
It’s gotta be. Oatmeal is great with apple and peach pie filling....shouldn’t be different with pumpkin

Reading the rules on the IFBB website, it sounds like it's made for fatties.

Jewett, one of the few guys I actually follow and like.
Mainly for his personality and mindset. Smart, calm and a very good BB.

Not into some of the modern-day loud-mouths like Blessing, etc. I give him credit and dont dislike, I just dont like listening to that type.

No. I hadn't seen pictures of wellness girls. I assumed they would at least look natural.
 
Its frustrating. I think in order to be a winner in pro bodybuilding you have to have great symmetry and proportions. Some guys seem to think that you can make your chest grow more and catch up to the rest of the body but I dont think you can. When training the chest you are also inadvertently training the assisting muscle. Same goes with quad sweep. I never could get mine to be good. I think a lot of that stuff is all set at birth. When I would grow larger muscles, they all seem to grow about the same so that the proportions really didnt change that much. Just my experience.
my delts overpower most of my press lifts i really to have to incorporate some dc techniques to isolate it, still its lacking, plus years of injuries to triceps and pec major. I have a good quad sweep and tear drop but lacking mass in upper quads go figure, tons of sissy and sumo leg press slow mo

Genetics! My legs are just the opposite. Big adductors, not much sweep. My legs would rub together when I walked.
