Thanks guys - I had a few people tell me how high the carbs seemed, but man it felt like zero the last month..haha..

The Friday before the show was the first day off I had from weight in the the last 12 weeks.

It continues to amaze me how fast your metabolism roars when you can train with this level of frequency.

Congrats on USA Lenny..I actually had you higher, but that is a hell of a debut.

Hey John...just letting you know that one of my clients in her first figure comp. took 3rd place out of 12 girls. She was sooooo excited. What makes this special is a little over a year ago she was 230lbs. Your website which I've studied over and over again helped in her prep. We used your methods to get her into shape. Do you feel that its harder now to build muscle and lose fat than when you were in your 20s and 30s?

For each of your clients do you assess there physique and create a workout template to suit them or do u just choose a preside template and put them on it.

I know the answer! He's put on way more muscle in the last 3 years then he ever did in his 20's or 30's. I think I read that. And as far as fat, he barely gains any and stays lean year round. How'd I do John?
