Watching his post win interview w/ RXMuscle I was amazed at how his abs looked entirely different....better and SMALLER...and later in the interview John mentions that he finally got feeling back in the abs(ie nervous function)so that he could control them and train them,for the first time since his large intestine removal surgery yrs ago.

If takes a nerve many yrs to grow back and it will if its not completely destroyed in surgery.

A huge CONGRATS to the man wouldn't give up!
