How old are John Meadows and Dave Tate? Not sure if it's being in a prep or what but they look considerably older than the last time I saw them in videos/article. Not meant to be disrespectful, just curious.

I think John is 39. I think that's what he said the other day on a podcast with Shelby at Rxmuscle. But don't quote me on that.

Btw, I'm sure, like anyone else, if they shave their faces they will look much younger. At least that's what I hear when I shave mine. Lol

Hey John, those prone rows with the swiss bar are awesome! I did them this morning and loved it. Unfortunately I didn't have anybody to hit me with a cattle prod so i feel i didnt get the full effect
