LOL - Well, I did walk the dogs twice today (but made sure to take some BCAA's beforehand, just in case)... :)

i am tellin ya if ya want to see what training like a maniac and eating like a machine will do for ya look no further than john and dr scott.. i have seen scott train a few times up close and he goes until i swear his entrails were gonna pop forth.. i have also seen him immediately go to the parking lot to eat in his car seconds after workout ended lol..

so the next time amany of you think about upping the dose ask your self if you are giving 100% in every category of your training and eating.. my guess for many is NO... scott when is your next show???

LOL - I shoulda been a bit more explicit in my last post. I, indeed, will have the distinct pleasure of "competing" with John in the Masters Nat's this year - same weight class, same age group. (Hell, I think John and I are damn near the same age, actually - I'm 41.) So, that's what I meant by this being pretty cool... :)

whenever your bored do you ever flex your quads and just stare at them or run your hands left and right on them?

But on a serious note...a guy your size and condition do you come across people (for the lack of better word) riding your dick for being a bodybuilder or question you all the time in a disapproval way for what you do?

do you think doing resistance training once or twice a day is more optimal for fat loss? twice seems like it would have more metabolic advantages but would also require carbs to be ingested more times in the day. I liked twice on higher carb plans but with a more mountain dog style im not sure. thanks and good luck!
