Joint pain

You might want to look in to stem cell injections. The treatment consists of harvesting cells from your bone marrow or fat, or uses donor cells. Later on, you receive injections of the cells precisely into your joint, ligament or tendon. Theoretically, the cells when delivered will adjust inflammation and/or then divide and duplicate themselves and develop into different types of cells depending on the location into which they have been injected.
It is cutting edge, but by far the most promising long term treatment for chronic joint pain/inflammation.

i see this suggested but its seems more like internet fantasy the doable reality for most, cost and ability being the biggest drawbacks.

if it really comes down to inflamation ill bet the cost of roughly a months worth of curc (2 btls) it works in most cases:eek::lightbulb:

no joke, admin is the biggest issue. if one can commit by the end of 4-5 weeks im sure they see a differnece.

ill put my money where my mouth is too. lol

I have a friend who just had stem cell done only a couple weeks ago, he mentioned it takes a few months to actually notice a difference. I am interested and will follow up with him. I know this is expensive, I think he said it would have been around $8K (not sure if that was for one or two knees) he knew the doctor and got it for $2K. I know there are variables with this, like if you are bone on bone it won't work.

My mother spent $4000 on stem cell injections for her knee pain. She said it didn't do much for her. I told her that if she started watching her diet, began exercising regularly, and lost 20lbs., that would probably get rid of a lot of her knee pain. She gave me a look like she wanted to belt me one. She is 76 years old though.....and is kind of an ornery old fart......lol

Im 45 and was falling apart from 25+ yrs of hardcore training. Ran AAS nearly the past 15 years straight. Started hgh awhile back and it helped a little, then tried the keto dieting for some specific reasons, inflamation being one of them and it has suprisingly helped alot, like more than alot. Ive gone back to eating carbs 2x a week post workout because i was losing a little mass, but not as much as you would think, and the next day after eating alot of carbs my inflamation and joint pain is noticeably higher every time.
