Joint Relief

I wanted to see what members used in terms of joint relief supplements for knee, elbow,wrist. Ive been using glucosamine supplements, but not great results. Is anyone using something they find to work really well for joints? Thx.

Yeah the dead honest truth is joint formula's work for some better than others. Then again we all have varying degrees of damage.

Having said that its not a cure all. Like everyone else here I too take fish oil in moderately high doses. I'm not getting worse in my joints but I'm also not getting a lot better. Worth a look might be the peptide TB500. Lots of folks are swearing by that. Personally I'm considering adding in some low dose nandrolone too.
But if looking for one pill to pop go with the formula above. It's legit

i'm taking a product by Trace Minerals from supr supps that has glcsmn, condrtn and msm . also the hyaluronic acid which is excellent . alot has been said about aflutop but i havent tried it . the stuff i did mention worked and i could feel it a matter of days .

Time to buy someone's old broken down arthritic golden retriever or knackered old nag and get "your animal" an Adequan script. I started with Alflutop to rehab after shoulder surgery last year and it does help but when I switched to Adequan (a buddy of mine has horses... ) I felt like it was working a lot better.
