Yes train but light around the injury gotta get blood in to that area.
BPC-157 injections near the affected area.
I tore my left supraspinatus doing flat barbell bench of course doc wanted to do surgery. Started shooting 500mcgs BPC-157 every day for 6 weeks, found I could do decline bench, basically trained around the injury took about 4 months all better no cutting, no missed work, no medical bills!
