So ive been noticing lately my wrists are starting to ache , elbows pop etc.... I am not lifting "heavy" per say, keeping reps around 8-20 range it varies.... Using test cyp, Anavar, and masteron................ for joints I use a joint complex of glucosamine, chondroitin, msm, 2 x daily..... I try and stay very hydrated , take fish oils omegas flaxseed etc..... anything else u all would recommend besides anti-inflammatories ( sometimes I take Excedrin)??? I gotta get some wrist wraps too .....:banghead:
 
Super Cissus from USP LABS seems to be a favorite. Also, Curcumin.

I make sure to take in 2-3g combined EPA/DHA (no matter how many caps that takes). It used to take 10 daily and now it takes 4-5 depending on which I use since they are more highly concentrated. Now Ultra Omega or Jarrow EPA/DHA Balance.
 
Epsom Salts

A good old fashioned soak in a hot tub with epsom salts 3 times per week has helped me in the past.
 
As stated above, Epsom salt baths are great for aches and pains. Cissus is good stuff, I've also had success with a product called Joint Force from epharm. Also icing the effected area can't hurt either.
 
GREAT.............. I was gonna go get some cissus today. More fishoil too, damnit it never ends lol. I need a money tree . Yeah I find the masteron anavar combo hasn't really exactly lubed my joints lol, nothing like winny though so I aint whining... last time I took winny I was on 50mgs ed for 4 days and got carpal tunnel... fucking garbage man never again. Thanks a lot guys.

Yes, this. It's not the amount of fish oil that matters, it's the omega-3 content. Most people dont take nearly enough to do any good. Usually it takes 10-12 fish oil caps to get in the 200mg range unless your using some really high potency stuff
 
are you taking any anti-E's? not enough estrogen will cause your joints to hurt as well as calcifying the inside of your arteries.
 
I am taking .5 adex ed, am gyno prone and already have a tad on left nip. However I feel ( though u can never know without bloodwork ... which I am getting soon) that My estro levels are quite well due to the fact I have zero sexual disfunction, no nipple sensitivity , no bloat. As far as the Omegas go I have a flaxseed oil pill that carries 1300mg flax per pill..884mg omega3+6 per pill..117mgomega 9..............I take 3 pills per day, divided doses. About the estrogen I could be dead wrong I know......Im just gyno prone and super gyn paranoid and I find I get too puffy even just with 500mgs test with no ai.....
