it's so counterintuitive.. we think when we get leaner it's time to push harder and eat more chicken breast+veggies and less fun stuff. But I guess with keto, you need to up the cheddar cheese, bacon, and 80/20 ground beef and lower the chicken breast. Do hydration problems go away from eating higher fats when very lean like this?
Hydration problem is an electrolytes problem most of the time. Most bodybuilders drink plenty of water, during ketosis you will excrete more fluid thus have electrolyte problems so be sure to get in plenty of sodium, potassium, and magnesium...especially sodium!

I use sea salt on all of my meals , my day starts always with drinking electrolytes and second portion of them during day. Every day I eat one avocado , tomatoes cucumbers and 90% dark chocolate. My diet is as loaded as possible ,also I am not shy with mct and coconut oil.
 
My tan arrived. Countdown started as I have all elements of the puzzle in place. Now it is only time to do one more shift at work tomorrow and I can chill for a full week. This week will be needed as I will be doing only proteins and veg days to remove that last bit of fat.

Powerade / Gatorade / Propel has become a staple for me when dieting both for the electrolytes and for a tasty drink. Clen never noticeably messed with my electrolytes before but this year I was getting ab and quad cramps and had to up electrolytes.

Probably a lot of people struggle with it not knowing how one small detail can change so much.
 
Used ketogains website for calculator and got macros 200 fat 200 proteins so calorie wise it is 2:1 fat protein. Extremly easy to follow just to make sure that i have exact same amount protein to fats in each meal.

If clen is involved, taurine + sodium/electrolytes is the answer!
 
When you get super lean then lower your protein and up your fat. Your protein to energy ratio doesn't need to be as high because you don't have much fat to use for fuel, so lower the protein down and up your fat content.

Bboy your advice was spot on today at 200 proteins 200 fats feels so much better. I am not thirsty at all. And also feel mentally better more energy. Protein for sure was overloading my system recently. Huge props for you my man !
 
As I established today base from now if calories must go up it will always be fat first.
 
Today I woke up and said: why show isnt today; full shredded dry. So right now I know few things:
1 dont drop water
2 keep sodium high
3 I will be even drier next week as water from injects will gone and var and provi will have enough time to do the tricks
4 dont starve - higher fat combined with higher sodium and water keeps me full
5 dont fuck up peak week as i dont need one.
P.s drink even more- will be even drier- so water 5 liters every day.

Yes mate , legs are separating every day more and more. Weight today 96.1 water is dropping down slowly but surely. Cant wait for this battle on Sunday !!! It is such a good feeling knowing you are in your best shape ever cause you were suffering like crazy but now you see the results. Thing is all other prep I was ok and at the end was horrid but on keto is opposite suffer at the start to enjoy at the end. Crazy 😁
 
Last phase started protein and veggies only. Time to melt this last bits of bodyfat.
