Truth is the more i suffer now the better shape I will be in for a long long time. Show is over soon but my conditioning will stay with me for a months. Of course I will gains some bodyfat but on keto it will be minimal so it is so worth it. I always treated shows as a way to get into amazing shape. Trophy is not that important looking amazing everyday it is.
 
I had a few comments in the gym that I am in great shape, getting drier every day. 5 days to go.
 
Turkey liver with spinach mushrooms chilli with garlic and sea salt as a post workout meal. Hmmm let me think do I miss oatmeal in water ….😁 Also
My family seems to be happy eating steaks with salad with feta and baby tomatoes 😉
 
Just watching Frank Zane posing , I have two options : goes completly diced dry as hell semi full or much fuller but not so dry.
In option 1 that will require fats in around 70-100 grams 250-300 proteins
Option two : fats 200 protein 200.
Will decide.
 
Weight 95.3 Time for haircut today. Tomorrow shaving and in the evening first layer or base tan.
 
Just started 10 mg superdrol to asses how it will fill me out. Need to check if it will not gonna cause hypo. Doing this just before stage and not knowing is too much of a risk. Project AD h2o remove started today as well. Haircut done all hairs removed. Tomorrow last heavy training - chest. Saturday evening will do light pump training to move sub-q water into muscles. 4-6 sets 15-20 reps no failure with few reps in tank. That will also allow me to asses if I need more calories water and salt from diet. If I will not be able to get a good pump that mean I need to eat more to be able get pump on stage.
 
Decided what look I wanna bring to stage- full and ripped instead dry shredded look with stringy physique. Will start to increase fats from tomorrow.
 
Weight 95.9 Last heavy chest session. Today is the last day of lower calories. Fats only in last 2 meals. 1 meal after workout is liver with veg. Then can of monster. Cardio. Second meal is the same. Third meal - lean meat with veggies. Meal 4 eggs with pb
Meal 5 sirloin steak with avocado and dark chocolate.

Feel really good , a little bit weak on legs but nothing what a can of monster will not fixed. I don’t do any magic tricks like measuring salt water etc. Not needed. All those thinking about stupid little things cause more stress then it is worth it. Just got to peeled conditioning and I will not say I was holding water, no fat- no water. Simple as that.

Yesterday was competing with UKUP federation. I was doing classic physique class and bodybuilding. It was Scottish championship and later this year I am gonna go for UK finals. Regarding organization - they are really friendly towards competitors and they provide even free food after show. They are not treating their athletes like shit as some other do. So many people leave ifbb now and I am not even sligthly shocked so credit to the guys. Now about results - two silver medals. Also pro card. I was the most shredded competitor from all the classes so I think this decision was based on this. Decided if I will progress enough will do finals. I have 22 weeks.
 
In fact right now I eat :
Eggs
Chicken legs
All kind of livers-love them
Full fat cottage cheese
All kind of other cheeses : mascarpone edam cheedar gouda feta goat cheese
Avocado
Walnuts almond and of course PB 😁
Dark chocolate 90% lindt -amazing
Sardines salmon and all kind of fish
Pork ribs pork neck fillets
Parma ham and other great quality meats
Double cream whipped with stevia mixed with nuts as desert- so nice 😁
And unlimited variety of salads with olives tomatoes full fat dressings which taste like heaven.
But also if I am on barbecue I no longer have to worry about eating more then one sausage cause I am on low fat diet- screw that !
This is as nutrient dense diet as possible. But also EVERY shop has very keto friendly food - canned fish meat hot dogs nuts cheeses full fat cream. If I am in hurry I no longer need access to kitchen to be able cook a meal. I can literally buy myself anything anywhere and be 100% on diet all the time. The only thing I need is a spoon for my penaut butter 😁 i can live with that. Plus coffee with full fat cream is awesome and variety of sugar free syrups are mindblowing. And now I will drink my monster and play sandstorm insurgency -best shooter ever!
 
I'm back to 0 carb as well and found that cheese is the secret. I think the Palumbo style keto is not only too high in protein, its fat sources aren't varied and are almost all nut based. Gotta throw in some dairy, avocado, liver, more fatty meats incl stuff like ham and bacon, etc for this kind of diet to work. Keto doesn't work well if it's "too clean", but it also doesn't work well if you're slamming butter and 80/20 ground beef bacon cheeseburgers all day, something in between is best for maintaining appetite and hydration while still losing fat.

I can say the more food you eat the more options you have however I have notice that huge amount of people say that they felt so much better going from keto to carnivore. Very tempted to do so. Shopping would be so easy- eggs meats butter salt and that is it. I really dont mind simplicity at all. I am that type of person who can eat the same food all year round so I am good candidate for this type of diet. Money wise also much cheaper. Money i put towards things like avocado or nut butters could be easy spent on more eggs and meat.
 
Ok so that is first day on carnivore diet plus bcaa and whey. But no pb chocolate etc.
Just meat eggs dairy and water.
So postworkout meal was 7 eggs with 2 slices of cheese and bacon.
Before work 2 lamb steak on butter
At work grilled beef burgers
Last meal will be eggs with chorizo.
