In fact right now I eat :
Eggs
Chicken legs
All kind of livers-love them
Full fat cottage cheese
All kind of other cheeses : mascarpone edam cheedar gouda feta goat cheese
Avocado
Walnuts almond and of course PB
Dark chocolate 90% lindt -amazing
Sardines salmon and all kind of fish
Pork ribs pork neck fillets
Parma ham and other great quality meats
Double cream whipped with stevia mixed with nuts as desert- so nice
And unlimited variety of salads with olives tomatoes full fat dressings which taste like heaven.
But also if I am on barbecue I no longer have to worry about eating more then one sausage cause I am on low fat diet- screw that !
This is as nutrient dense diet as possible. But also EVERY shop has very keto friendly food - canned fish meat hot dogs nuts cheeses full fat cream. If I am in hurry I no longer need access to kitchen to be able cook a meal. I can literally buy myself anything anywhere and be 100% on diet all the time. The only thing I need is a spoon for my penaut butter
i can live with that. Plus coffee with full fat cream is awesome and variety of sugar free syrups are mindblowing. And now I will drink my monster and play sandstorm insurgency -best shooter ever!
