1tbsp sugar free pudding mix
Meal 3
7oz chicken (cooked)
1oz almonds
Meal 4
7oz grass fed beef (raw)
veggies
Meal 5 (pre WO)
2 scoops whey
1/2 cup oats
1tbsp natty PB
Meal 6 (intra WO)
25g bcaa
35g vitargo (arm day so less carbs)
Meal 7 (post WO)
2 extra lean turkey patties
1 cup rice
BUT YES I DO GET HUNGRY LOL
