That’s not really full true. Listen to that podcast. James clearly said he went over 700 mg of Tren per week. He just learned from experience that it wasn’t needed it gave more negatives than positives. Same with the doses of other compounds.
Now he runs less, and that’s normal. All athletes, when they get older, cut back because they want to keep their health, especially if they want to stay in the sport for a long time.
And we can see it in his physique. He lost a lot of size compared to before, and he doesn’t have the same strength anymore. So it’s pretty obvious he’s using much less gear than he used to.
I said on a Fouad podcast, that’s not a Fouad podcast. Maybe he’s been over 200mg since then or maybe he just says whatever
I imagine he is using less now than in years gone as most do but I have also found him to be all over the place when talking about dosages that he’s used but I also still think it’s very common most will tell you the lower dosages they’ve run and shy away from mentioning times they may of pushed them
