Jplahm log (Aurum RX) TEST CYPIONATE - NPP 200

Bft and DC are the programmes I did the longest and really learned..Even with MD I need to spend some years on it..I am really bad these days getting bored and/or not following through with a programme ..
 
My procedure will be sometime before the month is out..I have a medial meniscus tear,so the are scoping it..From there between 2-8 weeks..Sux,just had my quad tendon reattached on my right leg..
ya...gona play with some different stuff with lagging bodyparts ..
 
I am thinking my daily entries will be more about the dvds and to answer questions ..There is a lot of good logs getting ready to start up..

I was 266 this am..Besides this meniscus tear I feel great,libido and in the gym mostly..oh I did back off a bit and things are still rolling along very smoothly.
I will be running of t cyp first so when I do I will just be in here to answer questions.

But nonetheless I wanted to say thank you to viking..what great guy and oppurtunity he gave me..
my overall view of these two is they work great together and could be done pre contest or in the off season ...and at 1800 a week I didn't notice any thing bad(but after a month or two that could Change of course)I think the 750/400 dose is perfect..Feel great though.I am here to answer questions though so hit me up..

for recovery have you tried cissus?

i have read good things about this herb for healing and tendon to muscle repair? maybe it was BS but seemed like it should help you maybe?
 
I haven't used it in years..but it works great for joint health..
I like bpc 157 too ..
 
Well the Ortho that saw me last week said it looked and sounded like (from what I told him)I had a tear in my medial iscus. But after some xrays and a mri it is a stress fracture in my tibia ..I guess I am down for 4 weeks,then go back and see whats up with it.am I getting better and healing or is it getting worse?!
Nonetheless I am going to still train,I also plan to clean up my food and cruise with my doses.
