Jr Nationals...9 days out

pardon the scruff and the fact that I'm flat as a pancake from depleting at the moment and these being first thing in the morning....feeling good at about 234 lbs or so first thing, learned some valuable insight from my Cal State class win, but more in the fact of what I did that cost me the overall...you live and you learn...right? Hope to see some of you guys in chicago...

Looking solid! What do you plan on changing from last time to improve at this show?

Also, it may just be me but in your front relaxed, I feel that if you held your stomach in a little more it may visually make your taper look a little better. For some reason it makes you look wide/round pushing out like that. Then again it could just be the lighting???

That is my least fav pose, LOL....may be changing it a bit at the show, as far as last time goes, I will not be dropping water or sodium this time around...no crazy changes coming in, I will still tighten up a bit while filling out as well in the right areas...

As to the other question, I will most likely be a light conditioned super, right at around 231-232

Interesting questions....honestly, I started my prep off with a goal of top 5....cannot control who shows up, only HOW I show up...took me a while to figure this out. Anyway, after this show, taking some time off and planning on coming back at Nationals in 2010 in my hometown of Dallas as a super around the 245 mark...and thank you for the compliment brotha, as far as disapointment...well.......let's put it this way, Gino's East pizza better be open, LOL, cool part is I am staying for work (GASPARI) through Tuesday, so Italian food, here I come
