Holy shit Brad! To have you comment and say that just well it made my night. This has been such a thrilling 11 year ride. We need to get together sometime and workout. Kind of a man crush bucket list thing lol!

I really pushed myself and brought what my coach and I feel is truly inside out Conditioning. I am going to be a bigger light weight so between my muscle and my conditioning we are hoping it offsets my symmetry issues in my leg to give me winning 2 of 3 rounds but you never know who will show up but that's all I focused on was dieting down smart to keep as much muscle as possible and just embrace learning some new stuff about myself as I did this prep. My family is here with me, you all are here with me. This is better than I ever could have imagined.
