How many guys have you seen doing a vacuum at the Mr. Olympia in the last 25 years? It shouldn´t be impressive because all bodybuilders should be able to do it, it´s impressive because few top pros can pull it off.

It's more impressive when Juan is a type of massive amounts of food, including junk food. We can assume that his insulin levels, exogenous or not, are not exactly low.

It used to be incorporated into posing routines. You don't see it anymore because of the large waists that are seen today and the inability to pull it off. I think Juan looks great!

We all have this issue since a while. You need to click through to Youtube to watch the vids.

It's very unusual for someone his size to be able to do it.. as Bio said it used to be incorporated into most routines 25 to 30 years ago.. the bigger the guys got the less and less ya saw it..

I think that is the best vacuum I have ever seen. Looks deeper than Frank Zane's famous ab pose! Zane's looked awesome though, Its a toss up.

That last photo looks photoshopped! That is the most amazing of any picture I have ever seen. Crazy stuff there. That is so thin that it actually looks a bit bad IMO, the last photo.

And considering how many calories he used to consume and his insane cheat days it's even more impressive he can pull it off.

He said in a recent interview he doesn't eat as crazy these days - I'm sure that's helping with his vacuum.

That middle photo is as good as it gets for a vacuum pose!!!

The older I get the more I appreciate Zane's physique. When I was younger I felt like he wasn't big enough. Now see things different. I wish I could have looked like him.
