it is tough to do all 3 and do them well....i find when i laid back off the training my stress level went up and i got very angry very fast ...training calms me....it took me 3 weeks to know how to prioritise my day and what to do when...now that i am in the thick of things i find personal time is reduced to the gym,shower and road traveling to and ffrom school...hell even that personal time" i have to fit in to my day...well i got to get back to studies ..
