I upped my gh an I am hungry all the dam time! I have been juicing fruits and veggies twice a day lately as an extra little couple meals to get in more greens and curb my appetite.
Should I be worried about all the extra natural sugar that are in my juices? I love to add apples, pineapple, and grapes. But then I realized how much sugar extra sugar I am taking in.
I have been doing this for 3 weeks now and don't feel like its a problem. What do you guys think? Should I worry?
