The NPC Junior Cal is this coming weekend here in the Los Angeles suburb of Rosemead California.

The show is pretty cool.. who can forget the epic Ronnie Vs Jay Pose down from a few years ago.. This year Jay is guest posing again and should be showing off some serious off season condition this year as well.

Sounds really cool bro.. I love this show.. And i will be there for sure.. I have attended the show 8 years in a row and got my start as a competitor back in 02. im not sure i know who your talking about but... i promiss this... i will do everything in my power to have him looking spot on. Nice man! thanks for posting the pic! I was real relaxed for this show for some reason. Slept like a baby the night before...wasnt nervous. Maybe because I decided to do it very last minute...but it sure was nice not stressin!
