"Stinkpelt" is my dog's nickname. He has a hell of a nose and will find anything that is dead in the woods around my house and roll in it...I live in the country. I surmise that he is trying to camoflauge his scent so he can hunt better..lol Or maybbe he just likes being a stinky dog. He gets lots of baths.
I am really not happy with my physique right now. I have been bulking and put on some good weight but not enough. I want to get to about 255lbs on my next bulking cycle this fall and then do a cutting cycle next spring and get ripped. I am making progress.
I have a lot of leg strength.....but I think my legs still look skinny. Trained them hard today I love squats. Don't know what my bf% is but not too bad, I try to eat clean. When I start to cut I will put my diet under a microscope and get it right. I WANNA be HUGE like YOU GUYS!
I am 32 and have only done 1 cycle so far. I think that with proper nutrition, good training, and some gear I can attain my goals of beind a ripped 250 by next summer! Thanks for the compliments! I am very critical of myself and I feel a little better now.

Those pics will be with a high resolution camera and hopefully my body will be developed to a state where I am very satisfied! I may even shave my chest and smear some of that tanning crap on...LOL The next few months training will be really FUN!!!!!
Hey dude - I like that you are being hard on yourself! - that means you'll reach your goal next year - very good for motivation!!! Overall - I'd say great thickness and you look pretty lean, so I'm betting you already have a pretty good diet. - you'll have to bulk up to 260 at least if you want to be cut at 250. For youre cycle I'd go for the compounds that will increase your appetite - at 6'-1" you have to eat TONS to get to where u want to be. and of course lift like a mofo - but you're already doing that! hahaha
