I am finally back here after exactly one week away. The reason is because our computer got a nasty virus. I missed the UFC fights on PPV last Saturday and there is a site **broken link removed** that I usually go to, to watch videos of the fights. I've been going to this site for at least a year now and never had a problem. Well last Sunday I clicked on one of the fight videos and Adobe opened up...I thought oh shit...McAffee alerted me to something trying to change the registry...This kept popping up over and over, meanwhile the backround on my desktop changed...My cousin lives with my girlfriend and I so I had him search for some info on the virus name that popped and we got a program called freefixer which deleted what I thought was most of it. Then when I got online and used any search engine and clicked on any search result, it hijacked and redirected me to something different. Eventually, the remaining virus which I couldn't locate with any software kept my machine from booting into windows...it wouldn't even let me boot up in safe mode. SO, I had to wipe the drive and start over(I had a friend get my files off of the drive first).

My point is, don't go to mma-core.com. In previous mma threads, I have listed this as a place to watch fights...NOT anymore

the same thing happened to me. It wasnt that site though. I just did a system restore to the day before and mine is back to normal too.
