Good idea
Would you guys/gals be open to the idea of having a section for otc supps so the pm members could share which ones work and the ones to stay away from????? Like muscle-tech cell-tech for me it dosent do a thing except give me the shits !!!! This is just an idea and I know Big-A has to aprove it so hope it goes thru... I know alot of us have wasted a ton of cash over the years on great marketing by the companies and a few of you have found the secret
Good Idea Gibby, Maybe it can be open to "non sponsored" muscleheads who do not have anything financial to gain with answers. All in all though, most of us know the basics of what our staple supplements should be:
Whey Protien, Glutamine, Creatine, Multi vits, EFA's, cycle support (milk thistle, liver/organ support), PCT support, Ect.
These are just things that help "supplement" our training and NUTRITION. I agree, we all probably have our favorites brands and products that make getting the job done easier and more efficiently whether we are "on" or "off". I would love to get new ideas from members on what helps them. We just need to steer clear of all the Bullshitters who say "this or that supp" feels like deca and is the new "secret" no one knows about. This is not a beginners board, so lets keep this real. I support the BULLDOG's suggestion and let's hear it guys: What do you like and why?
Keep in mind these are natural supps to supports are other efforts. Here are a few of my basics currently:
-Optimum Nutrition's Whey Protien (50g 2xday in between meals). I will be trying Synthetek's whey next.
-2 tblspn flax/borage oil combo with the 2 whey shakes
-Choc Flavored LBA's when I am at work in between meals and when I get up to piss in the middle of the night.
-CEE (creatine ester ether) 3 grams pre-workout (I like the pump and strength I get from this product even when total carbs are below 200g/day)
-Post Workout shake - 2 scoops Vitargo, 10 grams glutamine, 5 grams creatine mono, 75 grams Vanilla whey
GNC men's multi, Vit C 2g/day
-B4 bed personal stack: this has helped me get off Rx sleep meds all together after years of relying on them = ZMA, 1 scoop somatomax, 5 grams glutamine, 6mg melotonin
