The guy posting that video is some mentally challenged old fart that tries to ragebait the whole industry, dont give the idiot any attention. He has no idea what he is talking about and spews a bunch nonsense about physiology, biology and claims to know everything about training and diet and everyone else but him got it all wrong. Its pretty cringe tbh.

Lyle knows his shit, he's been around since the 90's. He's got a bit of a personality, but the content he puts out is usually spot on.

Maybe I’m old and crotchety, but reaction videos seem to be the lazy AF way to create content. Very rarely do you see a reaction video that’s well thought out or offers additional information or nuance on any given topic. But I imagine that the algorithm likes reactions and clicks, so… it’s just too easy for the unimaginative creators.

Some of the videos he makes fun of blaha are hilarious. I don't know how this guy got on my feed but I do watch his blaha commentary vidoes sometimes.

Blaha used to be a massive massive douche, but honestly, the dude apologized for some of the shit he said and did, and really changed and repaired his image. I can acknowledge, and respect that in a time, and especially in an industry, where I feel like no one has the sack to do so anymore.

I actually find most of his content pretty good, the things he talks about are mostly facts, makes senes and he calls out bullhsit. I know he has a past of lying but it seems he has matured up and learnde from those mistakes.

An odd personality but i think he does some good for the industry as well.
