Yeah, some of Blaha’s training advice is actually decent, I’ll give him that. The fake merc stuff was laughable, but so absurd it’s hard to even care. The real issue is he’s a compulsive liar about pretty much everything like training history, diet, body comp, even personal stuff which he constantly talks like an expert on things he clearly doesn’t understand whatsoever. He butchers studies, takes hardline stances on total nonsense, and shifts positions without ever acknowledging it. That’s why he’s lost most of his following. At best, he’s mildly useful for lifting tips.Blaha used to be a massive massive douche, but honestly, the dude apologized for some of the shit he said and did, and really changed and repaired his image. I can acknowledge, and respect that in a time, and especially in an industry, where I feel like no one has the sack to do so anymore.
