Was doing my 1st set of the day, decline bench, and about the 6th rep it hit me in my hammy, neck, and lower back, and i mean it hurts like a mother!

on a heavy hrt does of E, massadrol, Zenalean, Kre Alkyn, and various other otc supplements, including a multi mineral and multi V... Yesterday i felt swollen, and the scales showed i jumped 7 lbs froma couple days earlier

Dehydrated?

and it won't let me edit the title, but it's lIfting...

Damn, just got another nasty one in the clavicle area, these little bastids hurt
 
I get those nasty cramps in my hamstrings sometimes too. What I do is lower the weight for a couple of days then gradually go back to the weight I was doing when I got the cramps. Sometimes you just push your muscles too fast..along with other things like lack of potassium etc.
 
Its usually a lack of potassium that causes cramps for me. Most multi-vits have very little potassium in them. I usually just add things like bananas, raisins, beans, and dried apricots to my diet, and the cramps go away.
 
I would reccomend a bit of what everyone else has said.

1. drop your weight a bit for a few days.
2. increase daily water intake. Water not sports drinks or diet soda, WATER
3 eat 2 bananas every morning or blend them into your morning shake.

From my understanding ptsm takes a few days to build up in your system. So dropping weight and increasing water will help immediatly and in a few days the ptsm will be up and you will be fine to resume making your gains. Keep your real food intake as high as possible too. Its hard to do sometimes but real foods have lots of vits and mins you may not be getting from shakes and supps.

Happens to me all the time!! Best thing I have found is go to the grocery store and buy some Pedialyte (store brand) . Within a few hours all of my cramping stops!

My house, have a smith machine, thank god, otherwise i would not be here as i work out my myself...I had another one for no apparent reason, bioch hurt, but started chugging water and haven;t had any more, Also took some taurine, and i eat bananas every morning... I wear its from the Kre Alkalyn or Massdrol, or maybe the GH shot about 30m beore, and cramps were not in chest, were all over...
 
Muscle cramps result from overuse, dehydration, muscle strain or simply holding a contracted position too long. Inadequate blood supply, nerve impingement and mineral depletion are common reasons as well. Stay hydrated, stretch and possibly change the frequency/intensity of your workouts and you should be good to go.

Bump that, this stuff really works, believe it or not!
 
Yeah, i'll try that, still cramping just doing little things. took double mineral tabs, taurine, ate my daily nana, and chugging water. The cramps were all over, not even in my chest, which makes sense it's a deficiency of some sort, and started when taking massdrol, kre alakyn, and zenelean. Something gobbled up my electrolytes i reckon..
 
I had this problem before. I couldnt take a shower or even go to the restroom without cramping.
Started using liquid K, every night and no more cramping.
 
Interesting. Yesterday i was still cramping like crazy after lots of water, taurine, pedialite, and even some potassium pills. My muscles felt really tight all day, and i was in a foul mood, nothing seemed good at all, even though i did enjoy my twin daughters 18th Bday, but underlying was a restlessness / anxiety / depression. Today i feel much better, slept better (lunesta and melatonin), and muscles are relaxed, did a few light exercises and cramping appears to be gone.

Makes me wonder does a mineral imbalance affect you mentally, or is it the other way around?
 
think i figured it out. Was doing t3, and stopped cold turkey about a week ago, and i think my cramping and water retention are from my thyroid having to recover, best i can tell. Have a little left (liquid) so i just took a little bit to see if that's the case... if it is the case, will never ever take T3 again...
