by doing back hyper-extensions (using no weight tho) make your lower back thinker by the width therefore making your waist appear wider??

I wouldnt think so?

Im no expert but with no weight I wouldnt think it would.
seems like it would just tighten you up if anything, kinda like a reverse
setup.
Just my thinking, Might wait for some others to reply.

I don't think so either, even with weight. The only exercises that should affect waist width, should be exercises that target external obliques.

thats what i have always heard .working the lower back imo will not make the waist larger

well..

if the lower spinal erectors become thicker it should measure wider width around or circumference. possible though if back becomes thicker and obliques atrophy smaller waist. You may not be thickening your lower back so, or losing subcutaneous water or fat aroundyur waist

Glad to see you posting again.
One big fella here guys, gotta see this guys wheels!

Holy crap yes....

I have too seen pics of gooeys quads. Sick is all I can say. Someday I hope my damn wheels catch up to my upper body. I dont know why? I pound the hell out of my legs but they just seem to lag. Im now going to give the dogcrap training a whirl. Hopefully this may help.

|--[\\\\]>-------- There is no way they could make you thicker/wider around the waist by doing just bodyweight anyways.
