I wish this was True....
Been tryin to Get Fat for 6yrs now. Hit 270 under/ at 10% but miss one meal and it will cost you 5-10 pds.
I get so full everynight I can barely walk to Bed.
Maybe an IV all night would help!

Just for fun, if you could have ONE of the following attributes, which would you choose-
1) Unlimited progression of strength- your weights/reps on exercises increase every workout
2) Unlimited appetite- You can eat as much ,and as often, of any foods and feel amazing.
3) Injury free- Never get hurt training again no matter what
4) Stay lean- Stay 8% lean no matter the diet/training
Which one would you choose and why? no right/wrong answers, just for fun..
I myself have would probably goto injury free... had some big ones that have changed my whole life...
