Just found out the most fun way to do Cardio!

EA Sports Active 2

Its on the ps3 and there are some fun workouts. I can not recomend this enough! Btw on the Ps3 version, you dont even need to hold on to anything and you even use free weights on some of the workouts. Great stuff!

I have a game called Fitness Evolved for my kinect. I use the cardio boxing classes with my perfect punch resistance band, its pretty cool and a good cardio workout.

So many people dont know what they are missing until they try these games. Im really pleased with ea sports active 2. It sure as hell beats the treadmill.

^Hell yeah. Only time I've ever looked at the clock while doing cardio and realized MORE time had gone by then I had expected. When on the treadmill I look at the clock expecting 30mins to have gone by and its only been like 10

I agree, just picked up Your Shape: Fitness Evolved for Kinect and it is a good cardio workout. Plus I can play get my children to play it when the weather is not condusive to outdoor activities. I am sure the ps3 version is cooll too, just dont have the ps3...
