i used to compete a lot in bench only comps as a teen, never could squat or DL bec of spinal problems... anyway i havent competed since 17 im now 21, also have done all shows raw... right now im into bbing but thiers a competition every month here in CA im going to do one in september in Venice I decided for bench only, right now im about 210-215 now sure of max benching 365 x 6 reps raw... Im thinking im in the low 400s for a max.
I just wanted some advice on what to get to prepare for this competition, i dont even have a Powerlifting singlet, and not sure how to size that or wheres a good place to get it so thats one of my questions...
Also whats a good bench shirt to buy for first time user of one, under 100.00 range, and also how do I figure out an ideal size for this, and where to buy it?
anything else I should get? and should I practice with a bench shirt starting now whenever I do chest or is that too extreme?
I have a few more questions but I know i wont get the best answers if I combine them all into one thread...
