Just so much information out there, it confuses everyone. Train hard, eat, sleep repeat. Pay attention to recovery and adjust volume as necessary
 
I quit trying to micromanage my body long ago as i found my body often didn't read my plan and did what it thought was best for itself. Go figure!
 
Young kids looking to reinvent the wheel. You see these threads here, guys taking 5 peptides, trying to "bio-hack"

5 peptides, 4 ingredients in the pre workout concoction, 3 sets of lengthened partials, 2 "reps in reserve " and 1 tripod filming it all for social media. Who needs diet, cardio, hard training and 8 hours sleep when we have all these new things lol

4 whole ingredients? Wow. Things are really getting crazy out there
 
I might be retarded, but I just always make my last set a "go until you can't move the thing anymore" type of deal, and I just eat the same thing every single day. Working for me so far.
 
Oh and yea im on 4 peptides :LOL:
 
I’ve always said this AAS and supplements are 10% of bodybuilding 30% is training 30% is eating 30% is resting the final 10% is supplements.

Look back at the beginning of The Golden Era. They looked great and achieved it by doing mostly basic movements, eating steak and eggs, a shake made from milk or heavy cream and eggs, and resting. Exercise equipment was just beginning to evolve. Basics always work. I posted this somewhere before.
But be thankful for the equipment we have today and the peptides. KISS!

So true!! Since working with a coach these last few years and getting more serious about bodybuilding, you start to realize there’s no substitute for the basics like lifting consistently, staying hydrated, getting enough rest/recovery, and eating the right amounts of food!!

There’s no magic pill, peptide, or PED that’s ever going to replace the basics nor will they ever be as effective or effective at all without the 95% basics in place!

I see SO many threads on here about all these complicated topics and I haven’t read any of them in a long time because they’re so irrelevant and such a minute percentage of what produces the results!!

If I tell someone that test, GH, one anabolic, progressive overload and progressive eating are all it takes to put the majority amount of muscle you'll ever put on, they won't believe it

But tell em 11 peptides,8 steroids, 19 injection protocols and fairy dust from Narnia is required and they'll believe it

Because it can't be that simple
