Well, your resting hr has been about 100, right? Thats a good reason to go in.

I wouldnt worry to much about the heart rate normal resting is 60-100. Ask about the echo if its normal no worries. That will give you ton of good info, ejection fractio(normal 50-70%) wall thickness, if there is any thing wrong with your valves ( leaky or tight). One of the most common findings a lot of people have is mitral valve prolapse in most cases benign, just something to watch. If the heart rate worries you it is something you can check on your own to. Hopefully everything checks out.

I had my echo done last month as part of my annual physical. When I see my doc in a few days I will get the results of that and my blood work.

That won't stop me working out though.
