Just got back from the Europa

Well I just got back from the Europa and to say I'm tired would be an understatement. The event was only two days but they were long long long days. The expo started at 9:00am had a break from 4:00pm-6:00pm and came back from 6:00pm-11:00pm. Did that for two days and after the Saturday night show got some food and tried to sleep for about two hourts before jumping on a plane to get back home.
First I wanted to congratulate bigHeinz on taking his physique to a new level. His showing is an example of why I say BBing is a personal sport. Was he a threat to win? Not Yet. But he did take his physique to a level that it has never been before and I have nothing but respect for that. Sadly I didn't get to talk to BigHeinz because the only time I saw him he was at dinner with his wife I assume and I didn't want to interupt their meal. Congrats BigHeinz. I look forward to seeing you at the Ironman.
I'm sure you all have seen the pictures but I will say that I was most impressed by the changes that Bill Wilmore has made as well as seeing Will Harris bring the package that he is capable of showing. The winner was obvious from the get go but these two guys definately earned the Olympia qualifications. I can't wait to see them and hopefully a bunch of you in Vegas in seven weeks.

Yup, Europa was brutal on the sleep and Diet. But I agree 100% on Bill and Will. I actually thought Will Harris should have won. Saw him at the airport at 6 am this morning and he said he was bringing it on at the O. To Bad with Quincy, someone said he was just under 310 on stage, certainly a monster. His legs just weren't there.

It's good to hear that Big Heiz has made some improvements. That's cool.
