i am gona use in delts 1 bottle should be enough right
i am doing 1ml for ten days 2 in each head for ten then 3 ml for ten so i should only need 1 bottle right or will i need 2 its expensive as hell

Well if you're doing both delts, you would need 120ml to do that. 20ml the first 10 days, 40ml the second 10, and 60ml the final 10.

So no, a 100ml bottle of Syntherol will not be enough.

Bro, you should read Big A's protocol before running this. You do not want to waste your time or money needlessly. Running his protocol with the amounts and time lines he suggests will maximize your results.

You did 6ml per delt? Or 3 per?

2 bottles will not be enough for you to get the full effects. If you are running in all 3 delt heads, you will need a total of 468ml for the cycle, including the 6wk follow up period.

Without running the full 30 day protocol and the 6wks follow up period, you will not get maximum results as well as keep the gains you have made. You will get the pump from the oil and possibly become more vascular, but most of that will be due to the swelling and will leave once the injections stop.

1ml/10 days/6 shots = 60ml
2ml/10 days/6 shots = 120ml
3ml/10 days/6 shots = 180ml
6wks/3ml per wks/6 shots = 108ml
total: 468ml

Also you need to make sure you massage the injected areas well, to help with moving the oil and possible knotting and can help with the pain.

I found it best to use a 2" paint roller for a smooth, even massage. You do not want to massage too much or too hard, as it can cause bruising, which is another reason I found the paint roller works the best.
