12 weeks out.
Cycle is 750t, 300npp, .5mg arimdex mwf. Mast E 200mg week
Starting Monday 40mcg clen daily, 750test weekly, 200mg mast e weekly, and 33mg tren mwf.
Posing needs work,
need size too and major work in hams, upper back.
171.4 this am. 5'3. Food will probably be increasing next week a bit also.
I took these pics after meal 3, was trying to find new lighting.

Gyno was removed August 2020 but there's a good bit of scar tissue there. I hope it doesn't kill scoring too bad. I tried to have graston done on it to break it up, but that was some serious discomfort.

Just a suggestion on the first shot being a front double bicep. The peak of the left bicep is parallel with the peak of the delt and the peak of the right bicep is dropped below the peak of the delt. Bottom line, you need to hold the arms higher so that the peak of each bicep is higher and not parallel or lower than the delts. That same principal applies to the rear double bicep shot as well.

I agree,I'm lopsided. Plus 1 of my biceps is off. Right was torn and unrepaired. I'm unsure if my posture is reason 1 side slopes down.

Your condition is really good for 12 weeks out keep going and you’ll look great show day.
 
10.5 weeks out. 173.2. Posing is a little lackluster, was half asleep and had to get them done quick.
Getting dry needling done on chest. Confirmed its tons of scar tissue, 1 treatment done already and it shrank a bit. Me and my guy were blown away.
750t, 200mast, 150tren week
arimidex 1mg mwf
Clen 40mcg 7 on 7 off
Goal is to not use any t3 if I can get away with it.

If I win my class I qualify for any national show, but unsure if I'll head to 1. I personally don't believe I have a national level quality physique yet.
Aside from chest scar tissue, I feel legs are too small for that level.

Gotta be transparent. I know what look I like. And I'm very far from it. In my head, national level shouldn't be on my radar until I have the look as 212 pros. So like 198 to 205. Think that would fill my frame out well.
And I know damn well with as much scar tissue I have left from gyno surgery, even if I came in perfect, I wouldn't place top 6 due to that.
 
Feel like I improved my rear lat, but digressed on upper back. (Gonna do add in what helped my upper back in the past,, pulling to my ribcage on rows,, with scapula retraction. Instead of all lat focus.. Not gonna lie, this stuff makes me hungry to improve 10 fold.
Front relaxed was 5 days from first show vs 10 weeks out. Rear lat was 2nd show. (Lol can't believe I stepped on stage like that), front and rear double were 4 weeks out, and double anabolics of.what I use now.

Great job man.Anybody who can diet down and deal with all the mental struggles that go with that,put on trucks and stand in front of a bunch of people and be judged has my respect.Good luck

I honestly dislike the competing part, but I do this to test amd push away anxiety issues. Hate being stared at, and have social anxiety. So no better way to work on it than get nearly naked on a stage.
 
you look good. what is your diet like?
 
It's been all over. Went 50/60/15, 50/45/15, 50/30/10, 50p/20c/10f, and finally 50p/20f.
Biggest issue I have is colitis and carb sources create severe inflammation/ gi flares. My help and I decided to try a last ditch effort before pulling the plug on prep and focusing on fixing gut woth the zero carb idea.
This didn't help and fatigue management was impossible.

I've decided I will not compete until I'm no longer doing a laborious job, especially at 14-17 hours a day.

Is pretty wild I never correlated overtraining and fatigue, nor did I know if I ever overtrained, but due to colitis, it's pretty easy to know if you've done it or not. Now to find a new gi to prescribe prednisone or something. 2 docs so far and no avail. Just told me sleep more. And lose weight...
