when i finally get all my ducks in a row ie... diet, cardio, and lifting routine and after i do my first basic bulking cycle how much gear do i need to properly follow this cut cycle 1492658251210.jpg

No one is going to respond to you without you first supplying some stats...

Age, weight, training history, aas history, etc.

Secondly, no one needs to run tren ace for 12 weeks unless you're a seasoned bodybuilder or making a run at nationals.

Math is hard. 100mg eod = 400mg/week x 12 weeks = 4800mg prop. Most prop is 100mg/ml, so you'd need 5 vials. But depends on the prop. Same formula for each hormone.

In cutting phase, 10ml/vial gear you need the following quantity totally,
TP-100 =84ml need 9vials
TrenA-75 =84ml need 9vials
Winstrol-50 =28ml need 3vials
Arimidex-5 =84ml need 9vials

Well, for PCT phase, you need the following quantity totally,
Nolvadex-20 =28ml need 3vials
HCG(5000iu/vial) =5000iu need 1vial

I would say this looks pretty solid overall...risk vs. reward of doing tren acetate that long as it is something to always consider.

this is what my bulk cycle will be. i understand that my diet will need to change due to the type of cycle and my goals. So i am starting to do some research to find out exactly what i need to acheive those goals. i will not begin any cycle until my diet is laid out and i have the work out routine i need to help acccomodate the cycle

Not sure why everyone wants to add in Adex right off the bat , unless you know you have estrogenic conversion issues leave it alone.
it's like taking motrin because you might get a head ache.

fellas i appreciate the advice.
i did a cycle 3 years ago
t4 & EQ.
i liked the result. however my diet was trash and i really was committed to working out.
in the last 12 months ive lost 30 lbs by changing my diet. ive been doing cardio now for 4 weeks running 6 miles 3 times a week and sprinting for 200 yards and jogging for 600 yards until i reach 5 miles three times a week with one rest day. before i move on to a new cycle i have committed to start a workout routine and stuck to it for at least a minimum of 6 months. after that i will reevaluate everyrhing and decide whether or not a cycle is ok to add

Smart move , I'd look into DC training or one of the mountain dogg train regimes and once you reach a stalling point then look to adding the Sups.

Have you ever considered hiring a coach?

honestly i have. i know a guy local wgo actually competes but he knows how eager i am and i feel like he wants to take advantage of me by charging too much rather than charging me a reasonable fee and helping me.
any suggestions on a well knowledgeable coach who has a proven track record?

There is an E-mail , Tenny and MT are great coaches.
there are several others here as well , sadly alot of "trainers" at gyms do way over charge cliets.
