Nice round muscles jason ........very good look for anyone . You should be proud of what you have built . Most people could never look like . I suggest lean up even a little more for summer and see how you like that look .If you drop 12- 15 lbs and get a tan the ladies will on your Idaho ass.....lol ....oops , i hear they already are .....Take care , I hope things are well.....stay healthy my friend .......J

Current lifts for those who would like to know ;)

Incline bench: 225 2 sets 17 to 20, 315 10, 365 8 to 10, 405 7 to 9
*Best RAW bench was 500 about 18 months ago. I HATE the flat bench since I injured my rotator and bicep tendon.

Pulldowns: stack 300lbs plus a 45lb plate all out set of 8 to 10
Curls: 100lb DB's 1 set of 6 to 8 small cheats at the end
Hammer curls good form: 120s 2 sets of 8
Military press: 315 2 sets of 8
Lunges on smith 315 1 set of all out to 12 or more...usually just 12
front squats 225 25 reps
Leg curls stack for 12
bent over rows: 405 all out to 8 or 10
Squats: usually do them at teh end of legs...405 for 12 to 15.

Hmmmm, that is about it for some of the basics.

237ish give or take a few pounds depending...when I was in VEGAS, I found out I can lean up pretty fast...in the 5 days I was there, I ate roast beef, veggies and fruit 4 to 5 times a day. I lost about 8lbs when I was there, but when I returned, people were commenting on hoe shredded I looked...so I did my BF and it dropped 1.2% in those 5 days.

Anyways...

arms are 19ish...had them at 20, but I was retaining water...

chest 50"

UPPER thigh 28 3/4"

BF 14.9%

Looking thick bro. 14.9% bf seems high to me. You look more like 10-11%.

6ft and 237ish with the lifts below, damn....now Im depressed, think I will quit working out all together...lol...(i have about the exact same stats, 6' 240ish, and no where near that strength)

I have been approached about powerlifting and strong man stuff.

I just feel with the strong man stuff, I would need to be pushing the 300lb mark.

Well, hell I have been training for 18 years...I better be strong or in shape a little.

DAMN what do you barbell curl??? Very strong lifts for such a light body weight at 6' tall!
 
I usually go up to 185 at the end of my arm routine. ON any cable machine, I max it out and add plates as needed
I am a light body....for heavy heavy curls. The nice the about DB's...the one balances the other...unlike the bar....you have 185 up in your face...DB's 120 is down and 120 is up so all you reall yhave to do is balance.

I do get some looks...but I do keep good form until the last 2 or 1 then I get a cheat to get it up there and then ease it down.

I am trying ot get my but to AZ to train for a few days...I have a buddy down there. If anyone is in hte PHOENIX area, I will save bis for ya and workout with you.

One buddy was shocked that I was military pressing 315 for reps...no spotter


Before I started any GEAR, I did 405 2 times on the flat bench and 365 1.5 on the incline, so I have alwauys been strong.
