JUST SOME QUICK PICS...

WEll, I am 30 6' around 235ish...I have lost some weight from 247....but I feel better and look better.

I have not taken my new measurements, but I had 20" arms...I would say 19.5 or so now.

I still need to get all my stats done...but I work odd hours and no one around to do my BF at 2am

I would love to compete when I get to 260ish and lean down to 243lbs.

I would have loved to do the E-cup this year, but a couple minor injuries kept me from hitting a CLEAN 260ish

My wheels are doing good...I need to take a full body pic and send it.

looking good but i can tell u one thing your arms are not 20 inches or 19.5 , everyone ive met says that and when i pull the tape there way below what they expected , im just making 20 inches and from the pics i dont think you have bigger arms then i .

When I was 247 they were 20" a lot of water weight and some chub...well the right one was 20" and the left was 19 3/4"

I never said they were a forsure 19.5" who knows I will measure them in the next few days and get it cleared up.....


OK I measured them cold. 19 1/8" and just under 19 for the other one.

No worries, it must be the lack of sleep and long hours at work.

I do not take things personal, I really had no idea until measured, but I wanted to stay away from the measuring tape and scale.

I am leaner and look better, but I feel I have lost some weight...fat weight yes, but it is still weight.
