currently sitting at 238-240

5'10 tall

hoping to hit 255, willing to accept a some fat gains since im eating like a horse

running this bulker for 10 weeks

test blend 700mg weekly
tren eth 600mg weekly
deca 300mg weekly
anadrol 50mg daily weeks 1-4

all critisms welcome, atm just working on overall size and trying to get ym arms to grow (bastards are like stubborn calve genes)

thinking of doing my first show in about 8 months if i think im ready,

i would only qualify for the under 21s becoz of my age, but should be good experience if i do decide to compete,

hopeing to compete in under 220s in the next following years

you want some honest advice?

-cut the dose in half (you can keep it as is, but you'll just waste your money)
-take your cals down and eat whenever you feel like it (in a controlled way)
-get down to 6-8% fat where you have no more back fat and can see all your abs clearly without flexing
-double the dose, you'll get hungrier, you'll eat more, you'll gain a ton of mass without the fat, and you'll only need 6-8 weeks to get ready for a contest.


you got a good 9 years of hard ass bodybuilding ahead of you til you hit 30... use it to gain 5 lbs a year and be under 10% year round and by the time you're 30 you'll be 45 lbs heavier...


but don't listen to me... i'm just a stupid bald fat idiot :p
 
looking good, especially for being so young. I think you could compete and look great now. try not to get caught up with wanting to be 220's on stage. some people wont ever get there no matter how much sups they take.

just stick with it man and u will kill it. keep us posted with ur journey

actually i did your approach for a year or 2 wen i first started bodybuilding,

i really struggle to maintain the 8%bf mark while trying to gain a pleasable amount of mass, i can maintain it but im just not satisfied with the gains i make,

i can usually hover around the 10-11% bf mark (which im about now) and gain a good noticable amount of mass without getting fat

ive attached a photo of me 2 weeks ago at the end of this post, im pretty much in similar condition just atm carryign a shitloa dof water retention from the anadrol which i think i making me appear alot higher in bf% then i really am

thanks man, yes alot of people tell em they think i could do well in under 200s now but i just REALLY love the heavyweight class look

Weight belt

That is a hell of a weight belt in the first three pics, I am sure it adds a ton of support on squats and deads, haha. I am just giving you shit man. Looking good man, you are ripped in the "artistic" pic (no homo)

its actualy justa trailor motorbike strap, i use to run plates through it wen i do heavy weighted pull ups with more then 150pounds coz i keep snapping dip belts, pisses me off

the only thing I dont like is the tren E, to me that stuff is junk..it will do more harm to your health than anything out there. now tren ace, and you could be fine, but the tren E version can do some serious cardiovascular crap. IMHO. anyway, everything else is fine, and for your age you look great, could be a serious threat on any stage in a couple years...take your time, and work your way into the doses...best of luck
