I'm on 200mg test per week prescribed. Making gains but want more, and wanting to lean out. I build muscle fairly easily with a slow metabolism but looking to add something to increase muscle mass and shed some fat (I know, 2 different phases but looking for fat loss on a longer timeline but more muscle faster.) What do you guys recommend I enhance with? I just finished labs for hCG, but wondering if HGH might be a better choice. Or?

Was just typing this out lol. Welcome bro, as bio said we need some more info from you. Have you ever used AAS before outside of TRT?

Sorry about that, I hear you. I'm 57 5'10" 230 lbs, probably high teens BF. My diet is high protein, pretty clean, quality carbs and veg. I cook so good there. Start day with Dave's Killer bread and either avocado or PB before workout, then protein shake after. Eat every couple of hours and usually eat leftover grilled meat on Dave's bread for lunch and in afternoon. Veggies and more grilled meat for dinner, MetRx protein bar before bed. I just adjusted my training to lifting every other day with 30 mins fasting cardio on non lift days. Push, pull, legs 3 day split. 200 mg test (100mgs 2x pw,) DHEA, DIM, P5P, Creatine, Collagin, Mag, along with all the usual vitamins. I want to continue to put on muscle mass so not looking to diet yet but looking to add something to help maintain gains and shed some fat thus about to start hCG, or maybe HGH. I've lifted since 18 yo, but played off when my son, came (10 now.) Had just started training heavy and hard again when Covid hit, tried to build garage gym and as many of you know couldn't get my hands on enough equip. So training hard for the last year at a good gym, seeing gains, want to keep growing, but need to get rid of layer of fat hiding my hard work! Thanks for your advice guys!

No. Been on TRT for almost 5 years. Working well IMO. I have a regular GP, not TRT specialist. In a smaller CA central coast town. I don't think he's comfortable or knowledgeable prescribing more. I see what the TRT clinics are doing, i.e. Test, HGH, insulin, so thinking of finding a clinic in LA or SFO.
 
Metformin is good for insulin sensitivity especially with gh
This, and it has other benefits as well that are documented.
I ordered a ton of metformin and started at 500mg/day and then up’d it to 1000, 500mg 2x per day.
Great benefits. I take for a while and then taper off for a while.
I also take 2iu of gh daily. I’ve taken more but side effects start soon after so 2iu is my norm.
 
Couple things come in mind with your post. Why is your bodyfat in the high teens if you are eating that clean as you say? How many calories a day are you eating? How much protein, carbs and fats you eat a day? How much cardio do you do? Volume?

Stick to the 200 mg of test, maybe add a few IUs of GH and some T4/T3 combo. Add 1000 mg of Berberine or metformin. Why risk your health at close to 60? Unless you plan to do whole blood work panel's every 3 months, not worth the risk.

Work on your diet, then thinking about adding more steroids. Posting a picture also helps us a lot.

Thanks for your response. Cleaning up my diet has been more recent, about 6 months ago, so it hasn't been too long. More work to do there and I need to track my intake with metrics and haven't done so yet. I'm making good muscle gains and didn't want to reduce calories to lean out yet but looking for something to add, considering hCG and HGH. Leaning towards hCG to get the testicles plumped and working again (test boost too) and it seems to help with maintaining muscle while mobilizing fat. Good advice though, thanks. At the moment plan on adding hCG and chilling for a while and see my response before considering alternatives. I'll take a pic.

You either got fat or muscle. I be lean as anything in 6 months even bodyfat at high teens. What muscle you putting on top of all that bodyfat? How do you even know it is muscle? Well, post a picture and that would give us a clearer picture. Also post EXACTLY what your diet is with that picture.
