I have always want to transform my body into something i have never been. Lean and defined!
For the past 4 years i have always trained to put on weight and strength (for football). an never focus on strict diets an heavy cardio an correct training at what i want to improve.
Right now I have only been training for 6 weeks (for what i want to become) an love the lifestyle.
Dieting for 2months
I wish i had a before and after photo but only have one from a week ago
so far have dropped 2%Bf and hopefully i continue to improve. Maybe compete in a few years.
Before 6'6 298.2 18%
Current stats 6'6 294.4 16%
